CASL1.pngaeroDAC and AVISA have recently signed an agreement to work with China Aircraft Services Limited, a long established Hong Kong based MRO and aviation services company. The new partnership will see the three businesses working together on collaborative projects across both the South East Asia and Chinese markets.

This will make it much easier for operators and owners in this region to have their modifications and repairs EASA certified as well as leasing companies being able to ensure their aircraft remain EASA compliant. aeroDAC will be offering training courses in various Part 21 related subjects at CASL’s facilities, e.g. DOA, POA and CVE courses as well as certification related training such as Electrical Wiring Interconnect Systems (EWIS) for DOAs and Part 25 overview courses.

The combination of aeroDAC and AVISA's EASA approved services alongside CASL’s maintenance services will aim to provide operators with a one stop shop for all their Maintenance, CAMO and Design requirements. These services will be delivered collectively from new offices in Hong Kong.

“At CASL, we are fully committed to providing the highest quality of services to our customers by focusing on technical development, customer care and continuous improvement.  This new collaboration with both aeroDAC and AVISA, continues that commitment and will see us working alongside two industry leaders to provide a first class service of aircraft structural issues as well as technical fleet management,” said Dr. Angus Cheung, Chief Executive Officer from CASL

CASL was founded in 1995 to provide aircraft line maintenance, cabin cleaning, and ground support equipment services at Hong Kong International Airport and now employs more than 1000 people with extensive experience and a wide range of capabilities.  Following the opening of its aircraft maintenance hangar at Hong Kong International Airport in May 2009, CASL is capable of providing higher level of aircraft maintenance services to worldwide airline customers in both aircraft line maintenance and heavy maintenance.

“Aviation in the South East Asian and Chinese region is developing all the time and continues to live up to the enormous potential. This partnership allows us to offer a complete service to customers including structural repairs and cabin interiors modifications and upgrades,” said Carl Thomas, Certification Director of aeroDAC.

“This is an exciting new partnership and one that will enable AVISA to expand its reach into the South East Asian and Chinese markets,” explained Justin Goatcher, Managing Director of AVISA. “We have enjoyed immense success in the UK, Europe and the MENA regions; this partnership now builds on this success and provides a platform into one of the most important emerging markets.“
