EASA Part 21 approved Aircraft Modifications and Repairs
Any change (modification or repair) to a European (EC) registered aircraft must be  approved by EASA, or a company holding an EASA Part 21 Design Organisation Approval (DOA).
aeroDAC, Aerospace Design & Certification Ltd, is an EASA-approved part 21 DOA with one of the widest scopes of approval in the industry, with capabilities in every aspect of aerospace design, including all major aircraft systems, aircraft structures, cabin interiors and changes to engines. At aeroDAC our outstanding reputation is testament to the high quality of the services we provide.
aeroDAC is able to classify changes as major or minor and to approve minor changes  directly. aeroDAC can process Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) for major changes.
aeroDAC is able to support you, navigating effectively and efficiently through each step of this process, by liaising with the different parties who may be involved, e.g. Production Organisations, the installer (EASA Part 145 maintenance organisation), other subcontractors, the TC holder and regulatory authorities to expedite the modification process.
aeroDAC can support you directly with further installations of the modification which may be performed on the same aircraft type, as defined in the approved design with our permission, without recourse to EASA.
Aircraft ramp damage is one of the most unnecessary but frequent causes of Aircraft in Service damage. aeroDAC is able to quickly and effectively respond to your needs to develop design repair solutions, satisfying all regulatory requirements. We can perform all necessary liaisons to ensure that the repairs are embodied with the minimum of down time and in a cost effective manner.
aeroDAC is able to issue an EASA Permit to Fly to allow aircraft to be flight tested, demonstrated or recovered to a suitable maintenance facility for maintenance or repair.
At aeroDAC our highly experienced, internationally-recognised team of engineers and specialists enables us to offer an unparalleled service which extends beyond those of a conventional DOA. Our customers include aerospace regulators, manufacturers, operators, maintenance organisations and Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisations (CAMOs)  worldwide.
The combination of industry and regulatory experience within our team ensures that every project we undertake is delivered to the highest possible standards. With Core Values of Commitment, Customer Service and Integrity aeroDAC delivers a first-rate service and the best possible solution for our clients, ensuring that we add value to all of our projects.
